1. The unit shall be installed on the foundation platform with enough bearing capacity, with a 10 mm-30 mm shockproof rubber pad at the bottom. The space around and above the water-cooled unit shall be no less than 1000 mm, and the space around and above the air-cooled unit shall be no less than 2000 mm for maintenance and ventilation.
2. Before connecting the power line, please make sure that the power system is consistent with the nameplate, and use the three-phase five wire system;
3. Ensure the correct phase sequence of three-phase power supply to prevent the compressor from reversing.
4. The voltage fluctuation should be less than ± 5%. Exceeding this voltage range may cause serious damage to the compressor and casualties.
5. The power supply cable of the unit shall meet the relevant electrical standards and pass the maximum operating current indicated on the unit's nameplate.
6. The refrigerant used in the unit should meet the requirements of water quality standards, and antifreeze should be added in proportion to the low temperature unit.
7. The user must install the filter screen and stop valve at the inlet pipe of freezing and cooling water to prevent the welding slag and sundries in the pipeline system from entering the heat exchanger and affecting the heat exchange effect and service life of the unit.
8. Before starting the unit, start the cooling water pump, cooling tower and chilled water pump first, then start the unit, the return water temperature is reduced to below 20 ℃, and then start the customer's production line load.
9. Stop the cooling water pump, cooling tower and chilled water pump 15 minutes after the unit shutdown.
10. In case of abnormal pressure and sound during operation, immediately press the emergency stop switch, check the fault according to the manual or call the after-sales service line, and start the unit after the fault is completely eliminated.
11. When the unit does not operate for a long time at night or in winter and the ambient temperature may be lower than 2 ℃, the water inside the unit shall be drained or antifreeze shall be added to prevent the equipment and pipes from cracking.
12. The antifreeze concentration of the low temperature water chiller should be measured every month. If the concentration is less than 5% of the specified value, the chiller must be shut down to add antifreeze to improve the concentration.
13. During maintenance, refrigerant or refrigerant oil of the same brand shall be added according to the requirements of the nameplate.

1. Ensure the correct three-phase electrical connection. The voltage fluctuation shall not exceed ± 5% of the rated voltage.
2. The water quality must meet the relevant requirements (see the manual for details), the low temperature unit must be equipped with sufficient concentration of refrigerant, and the concentration must be checked regularly.
3. When shutdown in winter, the water inside the two heat exchangers should be drained to prevent cracking of heat exchanger or pipeline.
4. Necessary filtering equipment shall be installed in the water pipeline to prevent large particle impurities from entering the two filters, damaging the copper pipe and causing internal leakage.
5. The unit must be maintained regularly (see the manual for details).
6. Please install the air-cooled unit in a spacious and ventilated place. If conditions permit, please do not place it indoors or in a ventilated place. (see instruction for requirements)
7. In case of unit failure, please call our after-sales personnel in time to give telephone support or arrange personnel to solve the problem on site.
