If the dirt is not cleaned up, it may cause the blockage of the expansion valve, capillary and filter. Once the dirt is sucked into the cylinder by the compressor, it will cause the scratch, galling and other accidents on the surface of the cylinder or piston, so that the refrigeration system of the water chiller can not operate normally.

The blowdown work of screw chiller can be carried out according to machine equipment, pipe section or refrigeration unit system. During the operation, large caliber place is generally selected for mass discharge. When the dirt falls on the bottom of the container, the low position can be selected for discharge. The drain outlet is usually selected at the lowest point of the refrigerator system, so that the dirt can be discharged smoothly.

When purging, all the valves connected with the atmosphere shall be closed tightly, and all the other valves shall be in the open state; a section of the sewage outlet to be purged shall be plugged with a wooden plug. In the process of pressurization, gently tap the blowpipe with a hammer to separate the dirt attached to the pipe wall from the wall. Quickly open the drain outlet, and the high-speed air flow will bring out the dirt. Repeat for many times until the screw chiller system is clean.

When the screw chiller blowdown, it is necessary to keep the automatic components clean and undamaged. After the system blowdown is qualified, all filters on the blowdown system should be cleaned again, mainly the valve parts. After the valve core is taken out, it should be cleaned thoroughly and reassembled.
