1. To the actual operation of this screw chiller, the actual operation staff, to have work experience, and after the relevant learning and training, grasp professional skills, can follow the safety operation rules to carry out the work.

2. Before the actual operation of the refrigerator, check whether the cooling circulating water valve is open, whether the water storage tank of the refrigerator can be filled with water, and whether the cooling circulating water pressure is normal. Do not carry out the actual operation when there is little water.

3. The opening sequence of the chiller is: first turn on the cooling water pump, then turn on the refrigeration compressor; and the standby sequence is to turn off the refrigeration compressor, then turn off the refrigeration pump.

4. The chilled water temperature of the refrigerator should not be set too low, otherwise the cooling efficiency of the unit will be reduced, and the unit may be shut down due to ultra-low temperature maintenance posture. You can set the temperature at a lower temperature required by the processing plant. Sometimes you can adjust the temperature according to the actual operation and the specific needs.

5. When the industrial refrigerator is shut down due to common fault alarm, it is necessary to shut down the unit first (press the shut-down button), and then check the causes of common faults. Before the common faults are cleared, do not force the unit to start. When the common problems are serious, please remember to contact the industrial refrigerator manufacturer to carry out maintenance.

6. In the case of no emergency, the unit cannot be turned off by disconnecting the power supply of the chassis. If there is abnormal phenomenon in the operation of the industrial refrigerator, the power should be cut off immediately and the maintenance personnel should be informed to solve it.

7. If the industrial refrigerator is not used in winter and the unit needs to stop operation for a long time, please turn off the unit first and then turn off the power. Remember to clean the water inside the system software and cover the refrigerator with a cover.
